:::Avocado Mint Pistachio Chip, No Churn Ice Cream:::

What you'll need:1 cup soaked pistachios1/2 cup coconut water1 avocado1/2 tsp peppermint extract1/2 tsp mesquite powder1 Tbsp brown rice syrup1 Tbsp coconut oil5 dashes stevia (or more to taste)1/4 tsp spirulinadash of salt to tasteBlend all ingredients except 1/2 cup pistachios until smooth and thick consistency. Add the remaining pistachios and pulse or chop until they are small chunks. Pour into a deep bowl and place in the freezer. Stir every 20-30 minutes so it does not become rock hard; make sure to scrape the sides. After 2-3 hours remove and enjoy! Can garnish with soaked whole pistachios. If left in the freezer it becomes harder and harder so enjoy it when ready or you can place in the fridge for a few hours to enjoy some later. Serves 2.Created by Green Team MemberLisa Love
